Bill te Kloot


Bill te Kloot is a Director, Company Secretary and governance professional with a broad background in all aspects of financial and administration management and corporate governance across a wide selection of industries in both public and private companies.

With broad experience across industries including sugar, coal, retail, waste management, marine transport and technology, Bill also has 14 years’ experience as a non-executive Director in a range of industries.

He is a former Director of JKTech Pty Ltd, a past National President of Governance Institute of Australia, and is currently a member of the School Council of Toowoomba Anglican College and Preparatory School.

Bill holds an M.A. in Systems in Management from Lancaster University and a B.Com from the University of Queensland. He is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

He currently concentrates on Director roles and consulting as a Governance Professional.
